Lived in denn istoun till I was 10 and we moved to Easterhouse but I travelled to dennistoun for my education at golfhill primary and then Onslow drive secondary I’m now 75 yrs young and fondly remember both schools her mantra was better late than never but better never late and also bad timekeeping is only a bad habit. I still pop into coias for a lunch now and again. If I ever win big on the lottery I will rebuild golfhill primary

I worked in the Dennistoun area for over 20 years, an amazing part of Glasgow. I have put two more videos up concentrating on the tenements in the area.

Well said 👏 voted for independence in past wouldn't now , after ferry fiasco and Edinburgh trams fiasco SNP are a embarrassment to the people off Scotland , wouldn't blame the workforce on the two ferries, bad management and Scottish government were to blame, proud off the yard in my hometown off port glasgow 👏

The minority SNP government voted against the trams in Edinburgh, it was the Labour run council that oversaw the project. The ferry contract that the SNP government approved was on the Scottish civil service recommendation as with all major contracts, we all know the Scottish civil service is run by Whitehall. The main problems were when the shipyard was run by a private company and the problems just snowballed from there.

Pathetic project from start to finish. The two wee ferries will forever stand as testemont to how life would be in an independent Scotland... Years late and millions of pounds over budget!🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿.
