Oh and I forgot to mention during my presentation, along with some amazing DSO targets I also saw 28 meteors. 22 on Friday and just 6 on Saturday because of coud cover. During a typical star party I would usually spot around 11-13 meteors but 22 was a crazy number for me in just one night and even on friday we had clouds for some hours. You can imagine what the meteor count could have been if both nights were clear. Thanks for sharing and all the hard work team. Clear skies Raghav

FYI, if you get to Indianapolis, just jump on I-44 and head west. It'll run you to St Louis then Springfield MO. Branson is just south of there and they have a million hotels.

You mentioned highways that follow the path of totality. Since you are thinking of Arkansas, I-30 follows the path from Little Rock to Texarkana. I'll be staying in Branson, just north of the path, and heading either east or south depending on the weather. Anywhere between Cape Girardeau and Paris, TX. There are a plethora of public parks along the way in the small towns. Also, it might be worth calling a few small airports along the path as some of them will shut down to allow people to come in and view the eclipse. I know some did that in Wyoming in 2017.

I believe the Bible before NASA any day. Earth is immovable, on four pillars and under the firmament.

Great video, thanks and congratulations ... This other video teaches new physics, show hidden variables to study gravity, with a rational demonstration of the non-existence of dark matter kzbin.info/www/bejne/mGa3hmCPf9eAjKc

So, H was created only once, during the Big Bang, and now some very foolish people are touting the creation of hydrogen-powered cars! The shame, the shame, using up this very limited resource on such trivial things.

Trevor Jones really puts his heart and soul into photographing the night sky. So much that I have had a skywatcherstaradventurer for a year and change/I just received my upgraded Skywatcher EQ6-R pro mount and waiting for my WILLIAM OPTICS GT81. THAT ALL STARTED WITH THE GUEST OF HONORS ENTHUSIASTIC ATTITUDE AND LOVE FOR THE NIGHT SKY .

That was so awesome. Thanks for hosting this. I am sure he has heard this many times, but Trevor has been such an inspiration and mentor in my relatively short astrophotography journey. I’ve gone from limited knowledge to taking breathtaking images of nebulae and galaxies in 6 months. Trevor and all of our Astro community are so supportive and willing to share their knowledge and experience so freely. Simply awesome! Dr B from Manitoba
