Well, of course if you're carefull you would fall with less pain, but sometimes you can't avoid hard Falls and it's ok. You've got no to be afraid of falling because it's something normal that allways happen in the process of learning. (sorry about my bad english)

It hurts a lot your toes will hurt and things will come out of it so your very lucky maybe you can use slip and slide socks!
