I love this hotel, i was there 5 times, but this is an old video. In the main pool, the old wood terrace is not there more, than a year.

the advertisement & Promotion for this sucks! I just found this by accident! This place looks AMAZING! Disney World is a MUST go, but everyone would go here if they knew about this place!

La playa ya no es la misma Cuando fui hace 5 años así era como está en el video Que engaño Ya solamente queda un pedacito de playa Ya no existe la cancha de tenis Ya no existe esa playa Y la atención en el hotel es pésima Nada recomendable

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. SOMEONE WENT TO THE ROOM AND BROKE THE SAFEBOX AND STOLE OUR CASH AND CREDIT CARDS. WE REPORTED TO THE MANAGER/DIRECTOR , LAURA BUT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE SHE CARE. SHE TOLD US THAT THEY WOULD GIVE AN UPDATE BY THE END OF THE TRIP BUT LAURA NEVER GOT BACK TO US. ALSO THEIR ROOMS IS RUN DOWN, MOST OF THE THINGS ARE BROKEN AND IT SMELLED LIKE ROTTEN FISH.

This hotel is a racist Hotel I would advise those planning on logging on the hotel not to. They treat their workers badly and have a hostile service towards customers
