I was there in February. They kept saying 'It's not usually like this", the snow on the mountain, the whales that won't stop playing tag with the boat. Busiest place was the Costco. First time I had rice at a McDonalds. Had Fruity Pebbles at the brewpub, fruit cider, pretty strong really but good.

@@aishikpanja3931 I'm sure that the pilot made a "visual" landing approach in this case. I was just joking around. With a ground speed of 250+ MPH (estimated) an aircraft will cover that distance quickly.

I've flown into Maui many times, but this was by far the smoothest landing-and approach-I have ever seen. Hats off to Hawaiian! Nice Video!

Deb Deb Trade winds are what keep the Hawaiian Islands habitable. When the trades stop blowing it can get really hot and humid on all of the islands. They are a normal part of life in Hawaii.

RedUSMarines311 just flew into Maui yesterday, ur goddamn right. Almost shitted my pants a few times, during final approach, went right through the clouds, heavy turbulence, sharp turns, way to quick, this landing seems comfortable, but when I landed, that was not how it happened for me.

I'm from the Canaries and we also have trade winds. Landing when they blow hard could be even funny for me. Ok, i love flying and i'm used to them. Lol.

Yes I brought a suction cup mount and attached it to the window in order to get a steady shot. Thank you!

I am crying looking once again at that beautiful paradise that is Maui and remembering how happy I was to be there and wishing I could go back. Thanks for sharing such an awesome video!! Mahalo~

Agreed about the track, it was extremely dry so yeah it was pretty much single file and very slow for the entire A main. Last Friday got rained out, I was hoping they'd still race that day just because there would be a little more water down!

Embarrassing? Showing support for the U16 and U18 teams who play for the academy of the team we all love is not embarrassing. It means a lot to them especially at that age and we all wanted to show them some love and support.
