Great video. I was on vegan diet 3 years and I felt great. First think everyone who wanna start with vegan should read how to prepare meals. Vitamin D, B12 omega 3 and collagen are necessary:)

I saw that it has a different cover if you're from USA: amzn.to/3ZtohUD Otherwise you can find it with the same cover from UK where I bought it (amzn.to/3XPwIZc)! :) Anyway it's a very quick book that summarize all the best "get the things done" techniques, and... it helps a lot to fight procrastination and perfectionism! :) Highly recommended!
