I’d rather trade for Dylan Cease or ? etc. and really solidify that rotation. Way better than signing Scott.

Paying big money for a reliever is a dangerous game to play and often fails spectacularly. Though the Dodgers don't really care about money so it means little to them.

Makes zero sense. Blocks Nico or Paredes, plus Shaw, plus Triantos. Just had a career year and had a complete lucky amount of people on base for his home runs. The dude had more 3 run homers than the cardinals did this year. The cubs have like 30 - 39 million of cap space before arbitration, not 70. They can’t blow it all for somebody that just blocks the cheap talent they have coming for a guy coming off a career year

The Orioles SHOULD keep him but I'm still skeptical they're going to start spending until they do so.
