John Brown is a great guitarist. The other two will be even better though because they don't even have to plug their guitar into an amp and they still sound great :) Seriously, it sounds great! I'll definitely check out that amp somewhere, bravo Blackstar...

Just arrived yesterday! This is a nice looking piece of kit that feels sturdy. Set it up today and it works beautifully with the Ableton 11 rig (but not fully with 10, scripts-wise). Well i guess i can't keep living in the past.

As long as you keep working on that tube squish I'm all in. That sponginess is what I look for.

Are your preamp circuits identical for both? Is the only difference the power amp tubes? All other comparisons I’ve seen between 6L6 and EL34 were much closer in sound.

John, you aren't Polyphia. I know, it's cool to copy that crap style right now. But it's annoying and played out. Learn to be yourself and find your own voice.
@Christian.Means.9 күн бұрын
Most of those riffs he played are from songs that came out before Polyphia went into that style they play now.
@earthstrong-43.728 күн бұрын
@Christian.Means. it's still a crap style that people think is THE one to copy... gay. Edit: Who's known globally for that style? Polyphia. Who's not? All those other annoying fools.

@@davideolivieri5033 it’s easier to understand the timing when it’s played in context of the actual songs with the other instruments.

Paying off professional guitar players won't make your lack of build quality any better. You're just as bad as Fender and Marshall ,making cheaply made counterfeits that end up in our landfills. Blackstar “Produces work with frequent errors, indicating a lack of attention to detail.” “Fails to meet quality standards consistently, resulting in the need for frequent revisions.” “Delivers subpar work that does not meet expectations or requirements.”
