Summary of Issue with Jomashop - Request for Immediate Refund (Order M40611DU) I purchased a watch (Order M40611DU) from Jomashop that, despite their claims of shipment, never arrived. Upon reaching out to customer service, I encountered unhelpful responses and repeated promises to "look into it tomorrow." My concerns escalated when Jomashop representatives began to imply that I was dishonest and had received the watch, making me out to be the one attempting to defraud them. Attempts to resolve this through their support channels, including an alleged representative from Amazon Pay named Kamala, led nowhere, as I received no direct or satisfactory response. This experience has caused significant stress and financial inconvenience, and I am now filing a complaint with the BBB. I am formally requesting an immediate and full refund for the undelivered item, Order M40611DU. Refund my money immediately.

I have a solid rose gold aqua terra small seconds that I bought for a steal from another jeweler. Omega caters wayyy more to their consumers than Rolex so if you want quality omega is on top plus it’s affordable

I would suggest Grand Seiko before either Rolex or Omega. You will not find a better fit or finish on their pieces and their Spring Drive models second hand movement cannot be matched by either Omega or Rolex. Truly amazing watches with most models comparable to Omega models in terms of pricing.

@TommyC6-z3n they do but you should wait until 40% to get true value. Chronographs cost more to send in btw. Additionally, omega's new jersey repair sucks to begin with.

@@TheBrah808 Thank you so much for the info. I was thinking about waiting a little longer to perhaps grab a bigger dip on the price ( toward the holidays)and I’ve also heard some nightmare stories on Omega repairs. My neighbor waited 4 months to get his Seamaster back from them. Thx again!
