I did the same thing basically, except I put the front steel wheels of the rolling floor jack up on the tire, put 3 pcs of 2x6 under the rears to level it, then jacked up to the Hidden Hitch assembly. Front wheels unseated the tire first try. Same for the reverse side of tire. The hard part is getting off the rim.😂

Brilliant! You've just saved me the time and effort trying to figure it out for myself. The handbook was hopeless and I couldn't see there was any way the buckle could come out....until now! So Thank You! But what a stupid design! So if your car is on fire or you've driven into a flood and need to get out quickly you must wait while the other two passengers in the rear seat get out first then borrow one of their seat belt buckles then try and feed that into a small slot in a plastic box at the bottom of your belt to release yourself by which time your probably dead!!! Maybe, as someone else said, an extender buckle could be the answer.

This is correct, except that it can take two jacks for some tires. I use bottle jacks and my front porch. The 2nd thing is to remember to push the tire down on one side after you've broken the beads. This makes it much easier to remove the front of the tire from the rim.

So what was the purpose of this video? For people who cannot read the dimensions in the specs? How about throwing some suitcases and bags in the trunk so we can see what really fits.
