I heard this whistle on a KZbin video of a dy trip on the Outeniqua Choo Choo I must confess though that I miss the sound of Jenny's iconic South African 3-chime whistle since her recent and triumphant return to steam. Lol.

I like this!! A friend of mine and I are recreating South African train routes for use in Railworks 2014 Train Simulator. The very first SA route, from Pietermaritzburg to Ladysmith, is finished and currently under review from the guys at Railworks. The route from Cape Town to Simons Town is one of the next projects. Cab rides of the route gives a lot of needed information. If you have cab rides of the whole route, we would like to hear from you.
