The 2nd Amendment is not there for hunting, it is to protect all of the other rights laid out in the Constitution, and last but foremost, to protect it’s people from a tyrannical government (foreign or domestic). That is the reason that they wish to disarm it’s people, it happened in Germany, China,Venezuela, etc. a disarmed population is a controlled population!

Wow, went to FT Jackson BCT in Viet Nam era--wooden barracks, obviously some different kind of training here and there, but feelings the same I'm sure about first arriving to reception station, arriving at actual BCT, the shock of it all, going through it, watching some not make it, others excel. Learning to become a Soldier, all the same in the end. You're serving your Country and one of the few 1% who actually do it. Be Proud no matter when you go through or what you did doing it.

Billr2375, I totally agree and thank you for your service. 😌💯

While I know this will not mean much to anyone reading this, watching this video just makes me feel like I need to talk about it. 4 1/2 years ago I joined the army and gave up in reception and got sent home and to this day it was my worst regret and I’m now trying to go back. I hope anyone who reads this understands that if you are willing and able to make it there then please never give up on yourself. I could’ve done it back then if I just believed I could and you can too. The pain of discipline, or the pain of disappointment.

The should take a note from the Marine corps. No one is equal. Some of you are high speed. Some can’t move across the face of the planet appropriately. You’re not there for the trophy. You’re there to learn how to stay out of a forever box and to take blood from the bad guys and keep blood in the good guys. The new PT test is shit. GET IN SHAPE BEFORE you go. If you don’t have the motivation to go for three mile runs before you get to basic and gotta go to fat camp then I don’t want you in a fox hole with me.
