Hallo Jan, wir möchten bei Confluence Bereiche oder einzelne Seiten mit Externen teilen. 8 User haben wir in der kostenlosen Version. Wie kann ich das machen? Kannst du mir helfen? Hast du dazu vielleicht auch ein Video?

Hallo Annette, dazu haben wir leider kein Video im Moment. Prinzipiell gibt es dafür eine native Funktion in Confluence. Über "Teilen" kannst du einen öffentlichen Link erzeugen, den du mit Personen auch außerhalb eures Spaces teilen kannst. Leider klappt das aber nicht in der kostenlosen Version. Eine andere Lösung wäre die App "Spacecraft". Schau sie dir gerne mal an: marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1230544/spacecraft-theme-for-confluence-cloud-color-your-space?tab=pricing&hosting=cloud Damit kannst du ganze Spaces teilen und es sieht dazu noch richtig schick aus.

Hi Jan - I love your videos, they are both educational and entertaining! I've recently started using Karma, Aura and Mantra and am extremely happy with how well they work with Confluence and excited to offer them with our professional services package. However, I was quite disappointed to find out that the text within these apps are only "Confluence searchable" and NOT AI searchable. I'm not so concerned about Aura and Mantra, but Karma being our primary page builder, absolutely needs to have this "game changing" capability. Is it on the roadmap?

Hi Jan, erstmal Danke für die tollen Videos. Sind echt hilfreich. Dann noch ein Kommentar zum Collaborative Editing. Selbst wenn man eine Seite im Draft Modus hat, braucht man mE den Link nicht per Email oder Chat zu verschicken. Selbst dann kann man einfach einen anderen User zum Editieren einladen.

Is there a way to create story plus sub tasks via the whiteboard?

Hey! Unfortunately, it is currently not natively possible to create a story plus subtasks directly in the whiteboard. This feature has already been requested by other users in the Atlassian Community: community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Is-there-a-way-to-create-a-subtask-in-Jira-from-a-Confluence/qaq-p/2535318. However, there are workarounds to get around this issue: You could either manually create a story plus subtasks in Jira and then link them to the whiteboard or try one of the various add-ons on the Marketplace that enable the creation of story plus subtasks in the whiteboard. Hi Jan, zur Kommentar-Funktion: Ich habe gesehen, dass ich meinen eigenen Kommentar (nicht der Inline) nur löschen kann, solange keine Antwort darauf ergangen ist. Ich find's verwunderlich. Kann ich meinen Kommentar trotzdem mit nem Trick löschen? VlG Daniel 😹

Hi Daniel, dieses Verhalten von Confluence kann ich nicht nachstellen. Ich kann ohne Probleme meinen Kommentar löschen auch wenn dieser Antworten erhalten hat. Bitte prüf doch mal in der Space Administration welche Berechtigungen du hast. Könnte gut sein, dass du unter All nur das "Delete own" hast und unter Comments dir das "Delete" fehlt.
