I would love to see a greater awareness of episodal disabilities such as chronic pain, autoimmune flare-ups, and thyroid disorders!

Videos, under WCAG and Section 508, are required to be captioned and audio-described. So, I'm surprised that this video has neither accessibility feature.

Gary, I completely agree. Mea culpa: I apologize for this error. I (and my entire team) are advocates for how important this is. I am so confident that this video had both manual captioning, as well as a link to the audio-described alternative version of the same video, and so I'm looking into this immediately as to why they are not present right now. Thank you so much for catching this. We'll update this posting as soon as it is remedied!

Very helpful information for addressing an important on-line need. David's reference of trailer park boy stereotype not befitting the kind and sensitive tone of the rest of the video.

Hi Rick, I'd like to try to clear this up. We have a famous TV show up here in Canada called "Trailer Park Boys", and I was referencing a particular character in the show who is known for his Coke Bottle glasses. Now I'm feeling horrible that, reviewing the video, it perhaps sounds to you like I'm dissing boys who live in trailer parks, if you've never heard of the show? Is that what's happened? :(

I say instead of us having to change websiteS for the blind, how about the blind gaining some radioactive sonar abilities? OR... stop using the web, -> why do you think it's called WEB "SIGHT" ANYWAY?????

Greg Perry I'm going to assume you were joking but let's assume you aren't. If you aren't, then you are amongst the dumbest of human beings. FYI it's spelt "website".
