The balcony view is awful for such an expensive room/hotel. Could you not have asked for a better one? Assuming they weren’t anywhere near full occupancy

It was ground floor, we could have asked for a better view but we weren’t planning on spending any time on the terrace. (Especially since it rained most of the week)

Good video. By the way you can change where you have your sunbeds if you’re not happy where they put you. You may have to wait a couple of days though.
