Cool truck bro!! I traded my 2023 trd or for 2024 4Runner off road premium, unfortunately not enough leg room in back seats of Tacoma, otherwise I loved the truck. Other than losing the bed, I have best of both worlds with the 4Runner!! Tacoma looks cool with trd wheels and lift!!

Thank you! Those 4Runners are definitely pretty sweet! Yeah, the backseat space isn’t that great on the Tacoma’s. Honestly, the fact that they still have them in a manual transmission is what got me. Also, you can’t go wrong with Toyota for longevity. Especially with a naturally aspirated engine 👌🏼

Smart move on the 3rd gen. There is another youtuber, I think his name is Enduro Cox, who has 400k on his 3rd gen already. They are holding up pretty damn good.

Thank you. Yeah I honestly feel out of all the Tacomas, the 3rd gen is the most comfortable with having great reliability. And since it’s going to be a dedicated camping/off-roading truck it won’t see many road miles.

I’m sorry bro, just had to change it up a bit. Really wanted to get something long term. The Silverado ZR2 was perfect, never had an issue, but I didn’t want to keep it as a camping truck only. Basically got my Mazda and the Tacoma for what I got the ZR2

Honestly I don’t, I just follow Silverado ZR2 groups on Facebook. Bot not many overland builds on there tbh. Rough out there for Silverados lol
