Not needed just gives higher ability accuracy

Not completely necessary. On top of the increased ability accuracy (which isn't very useful in most places, except against certain nodes or against domino), the awakened ability also gives increased potency for her spells. So it does increase her damage and survivability. But, again, not entirely necessary.

Already r3 her, really good have power gain and block regen
