I don't seem to see a pumkpin pie? I wouldn't be slicing it. It be a whole pie. Would there need to be a filling? As I feel the topping is just gonna have some slits. But to make realistic would I need to add a filling under neath?

Do you still make stuff? And guessing you've only done clay, knitting and crochet? Anything else?
@heathernwells4 ай бұрын
I do some wire wrapping, jewelry making. I am now making Glass and Crystal “spider friends”. That can sit on desks, or be suspended. I am trying to learn Spanish, and am creating a pretty foreign language journal, so it is easier to be inspired to write in. I started shaping and polishing fire agate / and boulder opal with a dremel, and in Summer time I will play with resin when the mood strikes. I want to do more 3d painting with resin. I do want to get heavily back into drawing but there has been healers issues with my son. So my creativity time has been greatly reduced the past several months. In winter Iwill pick up knitting or crochet to make Christmas presents for family. Thank you so much for asking. Do you do lots of crafting now?

@@heathernwells I love to draw, trying to do more of that. And very interested in playing with polymer clay! And want to learn to knit, but have no idea what to even knit lol.

Are the vines fragile?
@heathernwells5 ай бұрын
I keep them shorter for this reason. Also it is better to use a poly Er clay that cures with some flexibility. Premo used to be the best in terms of flexibility- I do t know if that has changed or not. I did change packaging

(Edit) I thought this video would be about something like superglue but still would like to know your opinion on keeping the corks super tight in the bottles. You're talking about oils, what about if it's a dry project? Id like for the cork to be very hard to pull out but was wondering if it's necessary especially since what's going to be in the bottle would just be polymer clay. This is my fist vial bottle project btw so i don't know how secure their corks really are.

Love your tutorial on making a marble effect. Yours is the only one I’ve found that explains the full process. A tip I came up with: nail files can be quick substitutes for sand paper. I keep some old ones with different textured sides that aren’t rough enough to shape my nails. I think the color combination was beautiful

Everyone makes canes look so easy lol I've tried multiple times from spiderwebs to peppermint canes and everytime no matter the type of Sculpey or premium or premo I use it just blends together and never works idk what I'm doing wrong lol

Curious and maybe I’m the only one who has this problem but why is translucent clay so much harder to work with and get conditioned? Any suggestion on how to do that without killing my hands?
@MichelleJ1822 Жыл бұрын
I am not a very good at drawing at all. But I am a lefty, and I see that you are as well, and I love that idea of how to keep your hand out of the picture/drawing and keep your hand clean! Beautiful, drawing by the way! It looks so crazy real! I wish I had your talent!

Curious, why is translucent so much harder to condition? Should I add some of that conditioning stuff to it to help out? That’s the only one I really struggle with. After a while, my hands start really hurting. By the way, love this little pecan pie! Too cute!
