Man, I just started working out again since before the first lockdown in nsw, and felt like I had a lot to catch up, lost some motivation after being laid off. Felt great to be active again and definately learnt some new dumbbell tricks for home workouts. You're truly an inspiration. You are killing it. Once covid is over, I feel you should be in one of Jocko's podcast.
