No more cards to get lost (only phone to get lost). Major advantage: if phone is locked, someone can't use your phone to open the door, unlike if you drop your access card in the parking lot. Encryption can be updated at any time.

Is there a way to update the camera system without actually replacing the nvr. I have a 32 channel nvr and having issues with no video on almost half .

I use a reolink nvr system. The issue I'm having is... my upstairs I see 4 cameras to have a 360 around my house. I want to just use only the door camera on a monitor down stairs.

Hi there, my mother has recently had the Ajax security system installed to her home and has now left to live overseas for 6 months. She has the software for the system on her cellphone which she has with her overseas. Her key fob remote was mailed to her but unfortunately she had departed prior its arrival. My question is can I possibly pair the key fob to her Alarm system without entering the software app she has on her cellphone? I have requested that she send me an invitation as a user so I can download the software on my cellphone but unfortunately this is beyond her as she is elderly and not familiar with “technology” 😬
