Are you limiting the competition to US only? I'm based in the UK

No, it is open to all (I just forgot to mention it in the video)

You can sometimes do this without the extra thread. Just push the needle through, then thread it

I have only recently been watching you. What is the community quilt block about?
@rosecityoriginals19 сағат бұрын
This is my 2nd year doing it. I make a quilt with fabric pieces sent in to me by my followers around the world and then in December we use it to raise money for The Trevor Project and one person will receive the finished quilt.
@veronicavega517819 сағат бұрын
@rosecityoriginals very nice. How much did you raise last year?
@triciastewart821 сағат бұрын
As soon as I get paid I will be donating! I can only afford one entry but hey Every bit helps!
@rosecityoriginals21 сағат бұрын
It does help! I believe the person who won last year only had 1 or 2 entries.

Which fabric cutter is this? Just started to take up quilting and would love beginner recommendations! Thanks for your videos!
@rosecityoriginalsКүн бұрын
It’s an AccuQuilt Go! fabric die cutter. It’s designed for quilters and gives perfectly cut pieces with a 1/4” seam and the dog-ears pre-clipped I have more info about how it works and some affiliate links on my website: rosecityoriginals.com/pages/accuquilt

Hey there, this might be a silly question but is your stitch length on your Juki set to ‘0’ or 3.5 (or whatever stitch length you like) or it is like free motion and you set your stitch length to ‘0’ and depending on how fast you go determines the stitch length? I’m just trying to work out how close this is to free motion. Thank you so much!
@rosecityoriginalsКүн бұрын
With the stitch regulator, you set your stitch length and it will speed up/slow down the stitching depending on how fast you are moving the machine.
