I love this Bach Concerto in F major. After listening to many recordings and even live performances, I have found out what made me choose one pianist as the best interpreter of this Bach cncerto. When a pianist runs through the work at breakneck speed without bringing out the nuances of certain phrases, tonal changes between the left hand and the right. Here, Bach does not write just a bunch of scrambled notes. So for me, the best performance of this beautiful concerto is played by Glenn Gould. I prefer it played on the piano to the harpsichord. Domenico Scarlatti wows me writing for the harpsichord.
