I’m speechless. This is a lesson for any beggars: Just be patient. Do not push any creators too far my forcing them to create something that pressures them. Don’t even think about begging the creators to return or else you only made things worse.

It's very unfortunate how the community drove you to this decision. Even as a mostly tria creator, (not very active within the FE2 community) Seeing the exponential growth you had in creating over the past year or so was really impressive to witness. If you ever do something along the lines of this again, or even if not, be sure that you're having fun with it, and not like a living machine pumping out stuff, just for people to tear you down again and again. I'll remember you, and not by the stars.

I would've loved to see Venomscape Supremacy Complex, it looks so good, but I understand your decision, this community has grown exponentially toxic over time, and that's what's really sad. I started playing this game in September 2023, and just played it for fun, but when I actually joined the community in March 2024, I really saw how bad this community has become.

you may not be my favorite creator (mainly because of scorched singularity’s gp), but you are in my mind absolutely one of the best creators in terms of decoration, theming, and design. sad to see you go, but hopefully you’ll be happier outside of fe2

It seems that slowly, every good map creator fades into nothing, and its all because of the hate that the flood escape 2 community spews on creators. Back in 2020, the community was quite good, maps actually considered bad today were praised and given actual good support and suggestions, but throughout time it seems that that spark and experience has faded away into the darkness. I know sometimes I dont like map creators too, but over time I realized that the maps that are made are way better then anything I could ever make and that they put time and effort into them, and I try to refrain from saying bad things about creators, (which may lead to this scenario), but it seems like some people these days cannot grasp the thought of this, and its sad to see. I hope whatever you do in the future supports your actions, noetiess!

IMO, the FE2 community has just gotten really toxic lately toward creators, since the expectations towards what makes a good map has risen to impossible levels. You absolutely did the right thing leaving this community. Haters would never understand the effort and difficulty in making these (I barely made decent soundtracks and couldn’t even finish creating one map, so mega props to you), and your time and hard work deserves credit. It’s honestly sad seeing all this happen, since, imo, these community maps are really all FE2 has left going for it. Let’s face it, Flood Escape 2 is a dying/dead game. It might never hit 1k concurrent players again, there really isn’t anything new in the game (highlights barely count), and numbers are still shrinking. Creators like you were what kept this game going until now, and with the community pushing them away, we won’t have that either. Personally, as someone who also puts work into a different game, and as someone who has received criticism before, I just think “who the fuck are you? My mom?” It’s very easy to ignore negative comments. If you’re passionate about something, who cares what others think? But the pressure really can mount, and sadly, this community won’t get off your back. I wish you a better future o7

noetiees even though i havent known you for long you have always been an inspiration since i first saw cosmic war the hate you got was never deserved, i hope you have fun with whatever you do in the future as you have talent even though some people maybe made you feel like you didnt. i cant lie vv v1 was one of the big reasons i started map making again and led me to getting 2 highlights, thanks for everything you have done for this community :)
