@SaltwaterExperience how often do you do this stretch? Im assuming 3 sets of 2 min holds with 1 min rest periods?
@SaltwaterExperienceСағат бұрын
I do it every day. 2 min on 1 min off at least once if I can hit the range comfortably. More if not

I use to watch you all before i ever seen a saltwater fish, just a young kid bass fishing in kentucky dreaming of the day i would be able to fish the keys. Now decades later i live 3.5hrs from hawks cay and go fish the keys 5 to 10 times a year minimum. Thank you all, and im so glad to see new episodes.

David Goggin's book led me to find Joe which led me to find this podcast. I'm 24 years old but after playing sports for 13-14 years straight, lifting, being active, etc I feel like I am 75 waking up with aches and pains every day. Looking forward to implementing Joe's techniques and starting the road to building my flexibility foundation. Thank you Joe and Tom so much for the valuable information!

It has been incredibly helpful to me to feel better and prevent the nagging injuries that I was constantly getting before I began doing Joe's protocol every day. So much better now

I only found this podcast AFTER my trip to Bimini. I was fortunate enough to be able to fish with Fred and I can't wait to go back. He was very knowledgeable, and kind and he was determined to put me on fish. When we found them...we found them! It will be a trip I'll never forget.

I'm sore and tight from stretching. When this happens do you still stretch 2 minutes at a time at pain level of 7? For multiple sets?
@SaltwaterExperience4 күн бұрын
Never go over a 7. I was sore in the beginning as well. It gets better

@@SaltwaterExperience Got it. I'm learning no to overdo it. If you were focusing on a muscle how many sets of two minutes on one minute off would you suggest?
@FRESH_-18 күн бұрын
Hey man, I’ve been experiencing a lot of tightness in my quads from over a year now. I felt very sore after a gym session and I couldn’t walk properly for about a week. I’ve been doing this exercise for the last 15 mins and I’m already noticing a difference in range. Love from England 🏴

Although listed at 12-lb, the actual breaking strength was obviously higher. Many companies list the "minimum" strength of the line but the actual strength is usually greater. Can't believe this result without first knowing this particular lines "actual" breaking strength.

They cannot be Captains. Captains is a military rank. Is this case the Captain should be called skipper!!
@1FishinAddict23 күн бұрын
Agreed, but it sure does give them a false sense of heroism….Captain America: Aquatic version 😂
@Anthony-pi6pf20 күн бұрын
that is incorrect. when operating a vessel the correct term is "captain" captain is not strictly a military rank.

this knot is so bad to go threw the rings of your line and make clean cast, the big nod needs to be on the main line side like a funnel maybe i misunderstood which one is the main line, for me the main is the red
