Sounds to me like white noise with a really short decay time - probably a similar case with the kick, using a sine or triangle wave on the oscillator(s) instead. It's quite simple to do using stock sounds in most DAWs, if you know a bit about it already! This record is actually full of really achievable sounds that are great for learning/recreating since it's the first time that he was experimenting with electronic instruments. Research "electronic synthesis" if you're interested in making sounds like this yourself!!

These electronic tracks are the best. I feel like I'm in another dimension or the far future when listening to them. The grooves seem endless, and the tracks are filled with creativity. Sometimes, it makes a stronger impression than his best guitar solos and works.
