It IS in the original production (along with a number called "Class" with Mama and Velma) that were filmed but cut but are on the extended DVD as a bonus feature (Class is on the soundtrack through).

Bebe is the most human feline I have ever seen! Those movements. Wow.

Brilliant. She makes it look effortless.

I've always said yes the dancing may SEEM a little slow for Chicago, BUT no doubt that's because you've got that choreography to remember...plus it's rather tough choreography contending with the chair (which in Bebe's words) is NOT lightweight

Got to see this on Broadway with Ann Reinking and Phoebe Neuwirth. One of the best things I've ever seen in my life.

This is probably one of my favourite interpretations of this song! I’ve watched a lot on KZbin and this is the one of the only ones where I love both the singing and the dancing!!

Where is this entire performance video???? This is a professionally produced, multi-camera video. That means there's a full video of this performance. Where can I find it?

Well he did get to dance! In his Tony acceptance speech in 1990 for "City of Angels", Naughton mentioned dancing in his future. Not bad - and whoever said Ann Reinking is "crap" - blasphemer!

Bebe was Fantastic in her talent, voice and dance! However, where in the world did they find this other performer? She completly hindered the dance with clunky movements... Throwing off what should have been, a routine of flowing, smooth precise unity, to her partner in dance. Therefore reducing the number to be entirely off sync.... I hardly deem this number of standard professional means. This is what Broadway has been reduced to.

Thank you for the information you sent me, from that I was not privy to. I really do appreciate for the enlightenment to these facts! I say now...Ann Reinking is a brilliant choreographer...one to be applauded! Ann Reinking....solidifies the sterling attributes to her magnificent quality of "Choreographer", a talent in one, that I have ALWAYS admired...like that of Busby Berkley! Ms Reinking must be glad in these accomplishments, for which she has executed with such flare and esteemed value in figure and form! ....Surly she must be aware to take note in knowing.... We have all been blessed with our own talent...and we must see and realize the greatness inside us! The way I see it....One should be content with their own being, and not feel the need to take advantage of their importance to the industry, feeling the superior right to intrude upon that of another's talent. Manifesting delusion of grander upon themselves to be that of, equal or greater talent.... infringing upon to that of another's realm in talent to their greatness! Such as, I have never seen Richard Rogers or Oscar Hammerstein, take on to singing or dancing in their many brilliant play bills of musical's, nor have i ever witnessed Busby Berkley engage in dancing to his own choreography, or Billy Rose, take on the lead character to his many dance and routines of choreography.... A person of talent, is humble to maintain to that which is their domain.... In my opinion, I believe, that when one who see's the importance of themselves in illusion... To take upon themselves, the embodiment in equality upon the talent to that of another's... Truly portrays a personification, to their self-egotism...Rendering a display in imagery, to their demise!

@@janenelove891 Ann Reinking took over the role of Roxie in the original Broadway Production of Chicago, for which her partner Bob Fosse was the original choreographer. This 1996 production of Chicago started off as a concert production that did very well and transferred to Broadway. Ann was a natural choice to bring on as Roxie and to choreograph the show in the style of her late partner, whose choreography she only replicated for the final two numbers, including this one.
