Talisman sucks so much cuz if u cant proc the ascension then it’s almost just a little stats. It takes way too long to proc so they need to cut the proc time

That's called balancing. Lowering the time to proc Talisman will just break the game - almost autowinning every battle if you have that artifact.

@@theyusane668 The devs could do that, but the artifact itself was made to make you almost always win thus the name Ascension - for the essence of fun. But for balancing, they made it harder to hit that point to reach ascension.
