Hypothetically what’s the best way to “stop” feed rollers in a shop setting to verify psi? Just got bc1800 in for a couple issues including auto feed not backing out. Haven’t removed top cover or anything yet. Any holes in top of drums to drop pins in? Could plug lines also, but that doesn’t account for leakage past drive motors, just pump psi so that’s sort of out I guess

This helped a lot but mine shows 500 psi when running normally. Do I need to run a log through it or how do I get it to spike to it's peak?

Yes that's the only way. Pumps create flow, pressure is created by the resistance to flow.

I get them all the time. That sensor goes bad all the time. And affects a lot of different makes. If it has a 4 way you can check power, ground and CAN HI, LO
