The instructions state when using 12 volts, the vehicle must be running. Great video!

I just purchased this exact one and I followed directions accordingly and it barely turned the engine e over enough to start it. I have an 09 chevy traverse 3.6. The second attempt started the car barely. I shut the car off after a few minutes and I attempted to jump it again and the jump light started flashing red and green showing a problem. I did everything it told me to check and it was the jump pack. It's weak and just not a good jump pa k to have. Spend the extra money and buy a better brand and with better features, you won't regret it.

The Noco boost is a beast. I just let this one stay connect for like a minute and it started. I got this one because it was a combo and jump/air but I’m finding out that they have more compact ones with both jump and air
