I've played this song on repeat for a few years now whenever i feel a little lost. I feel like my entire life has been watching people i love struggle with mental health and it honestly is a little soul destroying to see. I probably also suffer myself, i have in recent years moved away from alot of that and it is difficult not being the support when it was something you did for years from childhood to adulthood. I feel a little lost i think since my brother is currently going through what my mum has for years i guess, but seemingly on a deeper level. Idk who to turn to for support myself things weirdly seem heavier not being there and at the centre of the chaos. Okay vent over haha.
