I do this as I love up cycling things. A tip when using clothing: some items can get worn or rubbed on the right sides, HOWEVER, if you turn the fabric over (onto the WRONG side), the fabric can look ok. No one is going to notice the wrong side when the ENTIRE project uses the wrong side! (Obviously, worn “thin” parts of the garment should be discarded… and another tip for locating these “thin” areas is to hold the material up to the light! You should see a difference in the weave). Looking forward to seeing what you do here!!!!!
