Facts but the 6 2 works for them, the only issue I have with it is Jenna (#13). She couldn’t be playing in the back row, she’s a whole liability

But casual fans like you gotta keep finding a stupid reasons to hate on her even though at times she's looked better than Madi for instance. Take a chill pill shut up and sit down somewhere.

Fans like you need to swallow your pride and just accept that Jerritt isn't taking Wenaas off the floor anytime soon, so just accept it and deal with it. You either ride with this team or you don't and I'm riding rn even though we have a ton of work to do.

@@jaylonsalazar1291 well for starters, I’m not a casual fan. Been a fan my whole life and I know the game of volleyball. Will I say she did better this match in regards to her playing back row? Sure. But all of the other matches (except for the Wisconsin match) in the back row she played horrible. Teams keep serving her and she keeps either shanking it or gives off a bad pass. I’m not hating on her, I’m just saying she shouldn’t be playing back row when we have players like akana who is a very good server/defensive specialist or maybe even Reese. Imma ride with this team for life but best believe imma call out stuff they need to work on and shouldn’t do.

The 6 2 definitely worked out today! Would love to see more of it. Same thing as last time, serves need to be better. Our middle blockers are slow but this is their first time starting so I’ll cut them some slack. Instead of Jenna in the back row, put akana in! Passing needs to be better so that way our sets can be good!

Used to be a huge Julia Orzol fan when she joined Wisc, wanting to see her play 6 rotations because I thought she had potential to be an amazing undersized hitter with exceptional all-around skills... Not anymore. Watching her hit/play the front row is downright BORING. 4 out of every 5 swings, she's softly pushing the ball over, right into the defender's hands. It's bad enough that you so rarely take a healthy rip at the ball, but at least make things difficult for the other team when you tip/roll, geez. I suggest that Orzol watch and study video from TCU's Melanie Parra, or else give-up on playing front row all together.

They just moved her back at outside hitter because the freshman were doing so bad early in the season. She's needs a little time to get back into the swing of things. She hasn't played there for two years now.

Gosh, I used to be a huge Orzol fan, but she hardly ever hits the ball with any kind of authority... like EVER. It's as if she keeps mis-timing the ball, or not adjusting to 'imperfect sets' fast enough, not quick on her feet, not explosive into the air. I mean, watching her hit is really quite boring. And if you MUST roll the ball or dink the ball over the net softly, why do it right into a defender's hands? MAKE THEM WORK! MAKE IT TOUGH FOR THE OPPONENT TO HANDLE.. sheesh, after watching Melanie Parra of TCU, players like Orzol seem SOOOOO low-level. Orzol needs to go watch video of Parra... badly.

Not many things you can say about player performance when Nebraska is playing such a weaker opponent. Blackwell showed that she is as capable or even better than Alleck. Landfair showed excellent ability/potential on offense, and serving -- but I got the sense that her all-around game and vball IQ/awareness still has a ways to go (and thus, needs to be subbed-out in the backrow). But as an attacker, I think she outranks both Murray and Krause in lethality and efficiency.
