very good views from the 45th parallel in the paper...now, .....all of a sudden,... their money becomes critical to the balsams project. these rich people get their toe in the door ....proclaiming confidence...then go for more..and they make themselves sound like they are having to be rubbing 2 pennies together, when in fact it's about saving 2 million here and 4 million there..... and perhaps getting the "whole loan forgiven for a job well done" on another note...so colebrook selectmen proclaim "neutrality" to the NP project and wanted to make it clear that they were never, nor are now, part of the negativity???.....i thought they were against it before? especially when it was originally going down rt 3...am i mistaken... so is the colebrook selectmans office an independent bureaucratic governmental organization who answers to no one (like all bureaucratic governmental organizations,also like the site evaluation committee) or do they suppose to represent the will of the people whom they serve/were voted in by? (therefore not really bureaucrats) have any colebrookians weighed in on this so-called "favoritism masked as neutrality by their elected officials"??... or have they all settled in and towed the line to what their masters downtown want and say is best for them, (the subjects)?
