Great talk, gentlemen. At 24:40, Ahshuwah mentions that in the US, we haven't really felt the impact of inflation until recently. Perhaps worth mentioning that this is by design. The Federal Reserve's target 2% inflation rate is chosen because any higher and its pernicious impacts on purchasing power would be too clear to the public, any lower and the relief it affords debtors would be too limited. You lose half your purchasing power over 36 years with 2% inflation.
