It does affect your FPS, but also all addons does the same so you just gonna have to consider that when you use it. Till 2 months ago i also had an old PC (2012), i just got a new one wich is super good and i don't rly see any dif in FPS now compared to 3 months ago tbh.

I can agree with that, rly bad design for a dungeon...even Grim seems easier than this..

I play Haste main stats then Crit/Mastery (mastery till i get close to 100% block chance while i have faith in light - a.k.a. that buff you get for 6 sec after you cast word of glory on yourself wich gives you another 30% block chance. I started tanking 10/11 at 508-509, they are easy tbh if you know the class and the dungeons from a tank pov. I will get some items to swap between keys to have more mastery with shamy buff to get that 100% block when i need it.

Yep, had some keys where i managed 5-6 mil dps pulls and i'm not even close to having good gear, still 620 atm of when this video was made and now i barelly have 623.

XD you are clueless so let me light things up for you you can do way more damge in under +12 bc of CDR and 20% vers also a+10 or 11 can be ended in less than 20 minet so bascly less time = more damge per second . its just weird to felx when you doing 65% of potential damge in 10-11 keys when season almost about to change and max key is 6-7 lvl higher LET ALONE that you can go full dps talent and drop survival talets for even more burst in low keys .

Depends on what you like and how hard you wanna learn the spec., if you want to min/max then go breath frost dk but it will take you a time to get the hang of it, or you can play shatter build frost dk wich is way easier and only does a bit less than breath but requires more swapping targets outside of piller of frost. OR you can go unholy and have a lot of fun with easy rotation and consistent dmg.

@@nickolaido6039 Min/max as in you want to always sim your gear, improve your rotation to be as close as perfect as it can be. If you have the time and skill to learn you need to go on Frost DK Breath Build, but you gotta learn what every spell does and make use of them in the best situation wich may take a while to learn and put in place but once you're there you should see insane numbers but also it kinda takes away from the fun aspect of the game bcs at that point you're playing the game more like a job (i used to do that a lot a few xpab backs) wich i don't recommend if you're main reason is to have fun.

On all dungeon from now on, i swapped horn of winter and inexorable assault for frostwyrm and murderous efficiency and after some keys and after the changes to our hero talents i noticed that i can keep breath uptime way more easier now wich helps me drop horn of winter and get some extra dps. Overall is more dps win and more breath uptime also it helps on keys like mist where you need to pull adds with frostwyrm since they nerfed piller whelp and can't target through walls now.

@@ChristianH-p9p That honestly makes no sense. Ret has proven to be more than competitive, easier to play and honestly just more consistent damage in PUGs. If you are pugging, avoid playing Frost, or at least Breath. Unholy is a bit better and more fun if tank can pull big.

Hey, mostly yes, when i used to play shatter build it was all about reaper's marks and tab swapping for shatter procs, but since i got some gear and more stats i started to play breath since its net superior over shatter build but its way harder tbh. Breath also depends a lot on tanks chain pulls, shatter is more friendly in pugs with low pulls. And yes for razor in MH.

tbh is not that bad for ST, but in aoe when you have breath up i personally like to spend 2 rune with oblit and keep runic up rather than looking for the low target and soul reap for only 1 rune, its about how much runic power i have and runes to spend. But in boss fight yes, its good but i tend to forget about it 😅

@@Evydence trust me I've tried. But any mechanic and it can drop off. I don't like that the tier set doesn't benefit obliterate at all so people have to switch to breath for higher DPS

Hey, I also swapped one day ago into breath build and i can only say that i m loving it, recently did a massive 9 mil burst in a stonevault, unfort. i don t upload depleted key 😂. But back on the main subject, yes i recommend you to play the shatter build bcs its more friendly with how pugs tend to pull, breath build requires a lot of tank-dk com or a tank that does a lot of chain pulls otherwise the breath build is lower in value compared to the shatter. For example, if you have a tank tha is only doing pack by pack or at max 2 packs with less than 9-10 adds the breath build will feel really terrible compared to shatter wich is pug friendly but in high keys tanks tend to do big pulls thats why i also swapped to breath recently. It also can be hard to master it since you need to time your runic power with rune consume, but i can tell you that atleast in piller try to always hit obliterate while Rime is up, you ll have howling and oblit one after the other to keep the runic power up at all times and refresh it with horn when its under 35-40 and you re on 0 runes. Also DnD plays a big role with that haste bonus and oblit spread, when i m in a big pack and DnD is down i m at full runic power till the pack is death thus the breath stays full. Also a tip that most dks failt to acknowledge is that everfrost is hella important to keep at full stacks, so keep that in mind too, a loot of dmg comes from remor. winter. I also fail breath from time to time but hey we all learn, if you want to see it in action check my twitch channel, i stream daily❤ or wait for another video to upload with the breath build. @@Evydence Great comment, thanks for all the info! I am usually playing with a premade but we haven't really been routing around our comp much. Will probably try more breath when we do over 10 keys and actually route properly lol. Hopefully getting reps with it will make it more comfortable.
