Just a tiny tip for future occasions, usually if it looks thin and green thats their least spicy one. Usually the darker in red the spicier it is ! And if it looks almost like guacamole thats usually the hottest ! Hope this helps you :))

Thanks for the help. No I didn't change the water. I've put them in soil now and seeing how they go as there are other little shoots coming through. Didn't realise I had to change the water. Have more seeds will try again. 😢😊

Yes. I score the seeds and start them in water until the sprouts get about 3 inches long. Seedlings don’t do well in hot weather water. So, this time of year, they need to grow in part sun.

Glad to help. Did you change the water 1 to 2 times per day? Seeds also need to be sprouted in a glass of water indoors. However, you might just have bad seeds
