This meditation had the potential to be very good. The lady's voice was calming. But the ads in the middle of the meditation were very distracting.

I sincerely wish I had more control over the ad placements. Unfortunately, KZbin automatically inserts ads in longer videos, which is beyond my control. Your feedback is incredibly important to me. Unfortunately, KZbin automatically places ads in longer videos and I do not have the ability to control their placement. However, I am always exploring new ways to enhance your experience. I just finished this meditation and I found it to be an incredible experience! The body relaxation at the beginning really helped me identify and release areas of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding.
