Very bad review.. Never Buy their kitchen.. No servicing after payment. No one calls regarding updates. Irresponsible staff.. After installation no checks from any one.. Technitian does installation and no verification from any other team I am writing to formally escalate an ongoing issue with our Godrej Interio modular kitchen, which we ordered on September 16, 2023. Despite multiple reminders and communications, we are still facing significant problems with door alignments and other aspects of the kitchen. Our initial concerns were reported to Binu at the Kayamkulam store on 08th August 2024. Unfortunately, despite several follow-ups, including four phone calls(To Seethal) (of which only one was answered), there has been no effective resolution. The response we received indicated that someone would visit to address the issues the following week, but, regretfully, no one has attended to the problem even after one month. The lack of response and action has been extremely frustrating. It seems that the store staff are consistently unresponsive, and we are left with unresolved issues and no clear plan for when they will be addressed. Our previous experience with the store, involving difficulties in reaching them after placing the order, suggests a recurring problem with their service. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please intervene to ensure that the necessary service is carried out promptly? Your attention to this urgent issue and assistance in taking complaints against the Kayamkulam store to facilitate a resolution would be greatly appreciated. Same People Binu and Seethal were handling the orders for us last year and had disappointing feedback about them.
