Is this is the new wheel? Visibly not impressive trueness.

Hello, why 275 wheels on 29 frame ? Do you have problem with pedal strikes? How long are cranks ?
@RgezMTB6 ай бұрын
I'm using 27.5" wheels because it provides a lower ride, which suits the type of terrain we have. To prevent pedal strikes with this setup on a 29" frame, consider using 170mm or shorter cranks, timing pedal strokes, adjusting suspension, and improving your riding technique.
@andrejagardinovacki6 ай бұрын
@@RgezMTB thanks for the answer, i am currently using 29x2.4 and 170mm cranks, dont have any pedal strike problems, but i am interested in putting 275 rear wheel but wast sure how it would reflect on bb height 😁

Hello! Okay pa naman yung Hunts rims ko. Oo, nasa akin pa rin sila. So far, maganda pa rin ang performance nila at wala namang naging issue. Salamat sa pag-check!

What type of pad compound is the MT Trail using? Resin?
@RgezMTB6 ай бұрын
The Magura MT Trail uses organic (resin) brake pads: 9.P Performance for the front and 7.P Performance for the rear

How have these brakes held up? Would you say they are worth getting, I currently have the budget Shimano 4 pots are they better then them?
@RgezMTB6 ай бұрын
For awesome modulation and smooth braking, the Magura MT Trail brakes are a top pick, especially if you upgrade the pads. But if you want raw power and reliability on a budget, stick with the Shimano 4-pots. I have Shimano 4-pots on my other bikes too, and they’re solid.

The upper assembly cup has a lip that meshes with the seal of the top dust cover. It's very cool. That's a feature not in the Forty series.

Why do you smear grease over the diameter that doesn't touch anything??

Thanks, I’ll take note of that. I was thinking of water repellent inside the tube because the frame is steel.

hi mate, great video. considering a blue pig race which shares the 160mm travel. would you consider this a good all rounder? how does is ride on a mix of flats and mellow trails? Cheers

This is one of amazing bike I had, very good all rounder, climbs well and definitely awesome downhill. Well balanced geometry. Can take any trails, even used this as my rock garden bike.
@YellayTron2 жыл бұрын
@RGEZ MTB thank you mate! Seems like a seriously good bike. Was just worried if the slack head angle would be an issue when riding slower flat paths during the times I'm out with the wife
