Sorry, this is absolutely terrible. It is very dull and plain, and the bits featured in the movies and books (Training centre, City circle (Chariot area), Control room, president' s mansion, etc. are not there. Also, the dull flats make it seem more like District 8 or something.

You could most possibly make money off the ashes you know... after burning your logs quickly collect the ashes starting from behind. Might be a bit slow but you'll see the profit. Not all logs but willows are effective if you wanna profit. One ash cost about 300+ and still is increasing. One willow cost less than 150 so profit off by doubling your cash to 99fm ;)

400m profit made from willows would mean fming 1.1-1.6m logs depending on the price of ashes, one would end up with 99m to 144m fming exp. It is possible but nobody in their right mind would legitly do it, they would probably have a character boy-pickup the ashes lol.

No, you're the idiot. If you actually watched the video doing this only cuts firemaking time in half roughly, which means it would only take several months assuming you spend a few hours doing this. Obviously 99 firemaking would take twice as long, however you actually are more effecient than doing the summoning and firemaking seperately as while your summoning timer recharges you firemake, and you sort of overlap and increase effeicency. Picking up ashes is the way that takes 80 years.

You will always lose investment credits, as you invest them, the trick is getting more reward credits in return which can then be exchanged at the lord marshal for spoils! currently with 80k credits you can but 26.666k coins + 302 ess + 23 kuarm herbs i think, altogether comes to a total of almost 81k! so if you have 3m reward credits like myself you could turn that into 3.3m cash! but obviously some people, including myself, prefer to save it for imbuing rings!

oh and you can profit actually, burn shitty willows and sell the ashes etc
