It is legit the best looking 3D Street Fighter. I am on PC, a lot of PC users will nee to upgrade to play this as previous SF games were not so intensive. Apart from graphics, this is also the most complicated of all of them gameplay wise in my opinion. The drive system I feel is basically every Street Fighter every made combine into one system.
