To get that riot though, you have to destroy the securitrons. Basically, you have to deliberately self sabotage. This one youtuber who showcased different aftermaths for the FPGE showcased the Joker ending for Yes Man and said that he had to play it in a way that created the chaos he was showing because if he'd played it similarly to his House playthrough (wipe out all raider gangs and Brother hood, etc) the results would be largely similar in terms of order and stability. He wanted to showcase the mod's range and variety. So it's not the only way things could turn out with a Yes Man ending.

I like how everyone even Obsidian puts a lot of but's to what can be the perfect ending since you can make the perfect Courier and take the perfect choices on every decision, that without taking into account the DLC's wich makes the Courier into a fucking demi-god.
