I went on a 4.8 mile run after my open house yesterday. I pushed myself to get my body moving. I could have gone straight home and sat on the couch. So proud of myself for not letting negative thoughts get to me!

Day 14! I'm still locked in, and I'm starting to see the results from putting in the work💪🏾 I've been getting up at 5:30 a.m.(very challenging for me, but I haven't let up) to exercise, eating right, and I'm truly seeing the results! I'm locked in and knocking out tasks to complete for my business and personal goals! Thank you for keeping us motivated! Let's go 💪🏾🔥

I believe it’s Streamyard. I’ve only tested it once or twice but it’s one of the more popular ones. Loom is great one as well! I'm trying to build up my emergency fund again and that takes a lot of intention around meal planning, keeping up with my workouts, making time each day to work on my inventory so I can start my small buz as a second income source, staying on top of my work tasks etc.
