I lived there many years ago when I was a kid (from age 8 to age 12) From 1958 to 1963. Looks nothing like it did then. Looks like all the houses that used to be there have been torn down. They were nice houses too. Just not million dollar homes. The one older home in this video the bluish one is similar to all homes that used to be there. We lived in a 4 bedroom 2 bath Ranch on San Elijo (can't remember if that's the correct spelling) My parents told me a few years ago the payment was less than 200.00 a month. It was a really nice, small friendly town. Loved it. Looks like it's still a nice, friendly town.
