Nope. This is Charlotte Wessels. Though the band consists of basically all the 2020 Delain members, excluding Martijn who is replaced with Sophia. The music is combination of Charlotte's solo career and Delain sound.

Charlotte Wessels and her band (basically Delain 2020 except Martijn is replaced with Sophia) just played in Krakow on 11th Nov (kzbin.info/www/bejne/gV7Ofnxvodqkmbs) Announced gigs/festivals for next year currently are Netherlands, Czechia, Germany, Spain, Romania, Finland. Unfortunately no Poland listed, at least not yet. Pls follow her Instagram for future gig announcements or join her Patreon to ask your question from herself.
