Dear Four Principles : I am currently based in Al Khobar, Al Amwaj. Due to the pandemic outbreak and curfew restriction, I have ordered online items on the 26/4/20, and items arrived on the 12/6/20! The parcel I received was in a carrier bag with a brown tape on the handle, the rest is unsealed, I ordered 4 items and only 3 items arrived. The coffee maker wasn't bubble wrapped and the lid was cracked! No one contacted me to say the 4th items was not available. IKEA took away my money included items not delivered, item was cracked, and parcel delivery fees, while packaging not professionally wrapped, and used a poorly courier services where the driver has been rude, impatience and bossy to me. The parcel took twice to arrive, and I made complaint to the courier services but no explanation from them. I have lodged a complaint on the 13/6/20 to ask for refund, and received an email on the 17/6/20 that management will contact me soon. Until today 02/07/20, I have not received any phone calls and checked my bank account yesterday and nothing has refunded! Does it meet to your vision " to create a better everyday life for many people" ? My impression of KSA IKEA online is not transparent and very poor costumer services. You don't have online feedback from your costumers , so that you can do statistic on costumer satisfaction, staff efficiency good practice. Furthermore it takes ages for telephone consultant to response. My complaint number is com20-06-285692 Order number is 2000526044 Look forward to hearing from you.

Increase in Unit (car) Physical Availability from 75% to 84%, not bad but could be better. In some parts of the world and in other types of business you would be required to have 95% PA on average or only 35 hours of breakdown per month.
