In america, we refer to middle Eastern people, Latino, hispanic people as brown people, asian people as yellow people and Caucasian people as white people. In south and latin America, it's the same. We all know we know we are mestizo hispanic or latino, but we're not blind, every one looks different. Often times to people with african features we say negra, to people with eurocentric features we say, blanca. It’s not meant to be racist.
