I served this pie for the 4th of July and it was gone in no time! It was highly requested from my kids the day after so I made another one for the weenend. From now on, this is my go-to summer pie. It's light and so scrumptious. Thank you

I'm making it tonight to go with my steak fajitas, I use the same recipe but without the cumin and hot sauce. I may try this new recipe. I like using a mortar and pestle.

Sorry to hear 😔. Therefore it's no longer a Coffee "Cocoa" Rub and that particular ingredient plays an important role in the flavor. On the other hand, I do have other dry rub recipes on the site so check them out. Enjoy your day🌞

I am making baked ziti right now. I am italian but have not made anything like this since I was a kid helping my Nana layer her lasagna. I missed seeing her do this step. Most prep was done before church. I was dollops in thinking this is wet. But whay was I to do already cooked the macaroni. Definitely appreciate the video you made showing me how to strain the moisture. I wish I knew how wet even low moisture Ricotta is. Next time I am going to get an excellent result! I just know it. None the less this will be good. Thank you for video. You are very pretty.

Thank you for sharing 😀. If you can find it, impastata ricotta cheese has the lower moisture therefore not having to go through the trouble to strain it but it's very hard to find. Have a lovely day 🌞
