Hola. Si vive en los EE. UU. sin estatus legal, no califica. Si se encuentra en los EE. UU. con otro tipo de visa, puede solicitar un cambio de estatus a inversionista

Hi! If you are coming to the U.S. to tour the offices, you can come on a B-1 visa. However, you should not do any work while you are here. You can explain this limitation to your employer.

Under Biden's new program, you had to have been married to a U.S. citizen on June 17, 2024. If you were not married at this time, you cannot take advantage of this program. Yes - there is no investment required for an E-2 case. Instead, you need to show that your work is in the national interest of the United States. Having direct support from government officials is great evidence for an EB-2 case.

It depends on whether you are here with or without lawful status. If you already have status in the U.S, it is likely that you can adjust your status here. If you do not, you will likely be uneligible for the EB-2 green card.
