The last part, showing lower Sacramento Rd where there wasn't much development yet. Now in 2023 the other side of the park is a completely developed housing community. The fact that this exists proves that there were passionate people out there in the sleepy town of Lodi. Thank you for this.

I went running along the side of that and finally found the little trail up to the top. So many times i've driven by this area and always wondered what it looked like, Great video thanks!!

Thanks for taking the time to go there and film the almost the empty lake for us to see. Many years ago, the lake almost empty, we drove down the bottom of the lake all the way to the dam. Just a week ago, the end of April 2023, the lake is almost full.

I live about 2 hours away and have gone camping here multiple times but have never seen the water level that low. The last time I was out there was probably around 2015 and there was still a fair amount of water, at least in the bottom. That is an area that people go off-roading or dirt biking in and there is a small camping area on the edge that had toilets and running water, but no showers. A lot of that nearby area was burned in wildfires over the years as well. So sad to see how dry the reservoir has become over the years.

Are law makers should be ashamed of themselves, I did not vote for them, look what they have done to calif,. There's been no water here for a long time but they keep issuing permits for huge housing projects, they should put a freeze on all new construction but I have a feeling they don't care, screw it.

Another example of rules for thee but not me by hypocritical communist environmentalists. California has STOLEN so much water from the Colorado River, WAY above and beyond their allotted agreement that the Colorado River does NOT flow to the ocean anymore.

I guess once the lake is dried up completely I don't think it will be a lake anymore....I could not imagine what the ocean floor looks like if were to dry up

It was so smart to build cities where there wasn't any water and have to dam entire canyons to create a water supply. Add it to the list of things man has tried to control and failed.

@3:15 everybody just pause the video try to make it the best quality you can up the resolution up the picture quality maybe even zoom in a little bit. And just pondered the amount of dollars with the gold you're seeing and the embankments in the bends in the crest s look at this shiny yellow contrast in certain areas in large volumes more concentrated in areas than others and just bask in the moment and then figure out where it is and go get some I don't have any gas money. 🇺🇸🙏❤♻️🌎☮💯👽

The controllers ability to cut off our water supply is at their fingertips now with the use of weather manipulation and cloud seeding which goes on regularly.

Lmao, stop playing with mother nature by building dams and relying on man-made structures. It's hilarious how all these reservoirs are now drying up and everyone is now in panic.
@kennethnewman55222 жыл бұрын
This is not video of the main part of the lake, but does illustrate that since 2018 when the reservoir was full, our rain total has been low... ...yet the federal and state water managers have been dumping a lot of water into the river to try to help fish. Because of their mismanagement, if we have one more dry winter, by this time next year crops will have failed, power outages will be rampant and there won't be enough water for humans, let alone lowering water temperature for the fish. I've seen how much they've been releasing. I ride my bicycle at varying hours, including at night, and the amount varies at different times. Their doing.They have to stop exacerbating our water issues, the idiots.

We see this and Lake Mead and all the others and still people deny climate change... I just don't understand how science terrifies these people. The basis of climate change is so easy to understand, yet there's still a small group that thinks it's made up. Then again, plenty of them think the world is flat and chocolate milk comes from brown cows ...

Nature is a little different than a store....You can't just go in and get a new full bottle of water in nature. And soon you won't be able to in the store. Keep that grass green and jet skis running. Also wash your car everyday. This is called conserving the sun.

Would be FUNNY if the 2 brothers drones crashed and burnt hahahhahah. Actually it's a nice video. Especially for someone who has some found memories of that area when it had WATER !! But, maybe try some different music next time ??

Hi Shaun Thanks for the comment. The drones will never crash into each other. I fly high and he flies low. It gives different perspective for our viewers. It is hard to find good canned music from KZbin s available selection. Thanks for watching.
